Don’t get angry because I’m not saying that just because you have cellulite then automatically it means you are fat. You may not be aware of this but even models with banana bodies have been known to suffer from cellulite! Yes, you read that correctly. Here’s the reality, just because you are slim does not mean you do not have excess fat in your body. Your goal should therefore be to reduce the size of the fat cells lurking around your belly and the best way of doing so is by exercising. You need to ensure that all the food you eat goes towards building lean muscle as opposed to being deposited around the gut in the form of fat.
When it comes to burning stomach fat, cardiovascular exercises are the most effective. Running is a good example but for some people this may not be the best option probably because of bad knees and the like. If I have just described your situation then I have a suggestion; cycling. The best thing about cycling is that it is low-impact which means that the risk of getting new injuries and aggravating old ones is low. Your aim should be get your body to sweat as much as possible
